I might have an idea of what to do with their 1/48 Blue Steel kit:

How about a manned version:

Beat me to it. I donated a 1/72nd X-15 canopy to that build. :)

*Dman, that's enticing!* They really need to include the markings for "Songbird II" in the sheet for the early 310, esp. in 1/48, as it would help sell them in the US (in 1/48 it would go perfectly with the "Flying Rancher and daughter" figures Squadron sells/sold for use with the 1/48 Cessna T-50 kit (for those who don't understand, run a search on the old US TV show, "Sky King").

Neil Gaunt is open to marking suggestions Evan, drop him a line and add what you've said here. If you have any photos it would help ---

I'll have to go find my DVD of some of the episodes and see if I can find a good picture or two as well as do an online search.

It seems AiM will take over the Magna Models line (although Neil will decide which ones would be more commercially viable)

Some photos of the Blue Steel kit:

My initial review is that the kit look fairly good.  The fit up and detail looks quite nice.

Neil has a Cessna CH-1 in works in both 1/72 and 1/48.
I have a couple of screengrabs of the CATIA model Neil posted in the Wings of Peace Yahoo group,
however I'm not posting them as I don't have permission.

Attractive bird, but troublesome and rather a failure.  I understand Cessna bought back and scrapped everyone they could.  I believe it was marketed as the "Cessna Skyhook" to go with the "Sky" names of other Cessna aircraft.
