Don't you dare to call a Myasishchev design an "abomination" in my presence!!!!  :icon_swat: :icon_twisted: :icon_punal: LOL

The Belphegor isn't Myasishchev at all, if that's what you're refering to. It was PZL all the way.

I'm afraid you are sorely mistaken on this one. Only the Lala-1 demonstrator was a pure Polish product. Wikipedia says:

Quote
The Mielec M-15 was (...) manufactured by PZL Mielec in Poland for the USSR agricultural aviation.

That  says that PZL built it, NOT that they designed it! IT also says:

Quote
"The Soviet side insisted on using a jet engine in a new plane, and also participated in the design process."

Myasishchev was involved in the design process, hence the "M-15" designation.

CAC CA-27 Sabre (aka Avon Sabre) in 1/48th scale.
This work for you Jeff

http://www.hpmhobbies.com/products/High-Planes-CAC-%27Avon%27-Sabre-complete-kit-%28Kit-1%3A48%29.html

Almost but not quite.  It is a conversion kit and not a complete kit in a box.  Oddly enough, I have a resin 1/32nd scale CAC CA-27 Sabre conversion that I found in the bargain box at Discount Models in Tacoma (University Place) several years ago.  It along with one of my Hasegawa 1/32nd scale F-86 kits will hopefully see it converted to the CA-27 unless someone offers a complete injection molded plastic kit as an alternative.  I would still prefer an actual kit of the CA-27 over a resin or vacuum formed conversion just for the sake of keeping my sanity.

In addition to the US heavy tanks previously mentioned, I would like to see the following, all in 1/35 scale and injection molded:

US T20 medium tank family, especially the T23 VVSS and T23E3(?) with torsion bar suspension. Similarly, the T25 with both HVSS and torsion bar suspension (T25E1?) would be nice.

US/UK T14 assault tank.

The one prototype/ "paper panzer" that seems to have been over-looked is the VK3002(DB), Daimler's very T34-ish Panther prototype.

I know there's a 1/35 scale resin version of the T23 VVSS on the way from Commander Models but I've never been a big fan of resin. The roughly $150 US price tag is also a bit more than I'd like to spend.

Dear Tamiya,
I would love to have a simple, yet reasonably detailed 1/35 1992 Range Rover LWB, a 2007 Range Rover, a 1994 Defender 110, and a Discovery 2.
Yep I would enjoy that.
That and a scaled down to 1/48 and 1/72 Spitfire Mk.IXc/e.
Kind regards,
A voice in the wilderness

Any reason why Revell Monogram?  You can get decent kits of most of these from other companies in these scales..except the F-35 that is. :(

I've just been surprised to find out that there seems to be no kit of the Fw-187 Falke in production at the moment: that definately needs fixing, I mean, it actually flew and entered a (sort of) service!

MPM/HML did one in 1/48 Resin which can still be found occasionally (I know since I have one):

I also understand that there are a couple of 1/72 ones produced by various companies.  Although maybe not in production right now, they are still available.

Revell is fairly cheap at Fred Meyers in Wa.  With the economy, 10$ models are great!

Definitely a very good reason when you are looking at building your project in a larger scale.
