All these really are way cool camo schemes.  Seems they would be effective too.  Noted how RAAF F-104 dark in middle light at ends can hide it or mess with distance perception.

It was almost real:  Mexico selects Sukhoi Su-27 for strategic surveillance (was later cancelled).

Great ideas on all of these. The Pink Flanker and ARDU 21' especially. I was about to say that the Su-27 family looks good in pretty much any paint, but then I remember seeing a few done on Hyper' with all-body custom decals on a "hello-kitty" theme. Not good... forced down in a litter-box.... ;-)

Am also very impressed with your use of different fonts , scripts and colors for the texts, nice touch !

Thanks Russ! Things slowly evolved over time, graphics wise. These profiles you're seeing at the moment are from 2006/2007. From that I've evolved into this...........

really neat Finnish birds Richard, be nice to see your modern scheme on some other types too, Hornet, Mig.29 ?  8)

cheers, Joe

Joe,

Didn't the first MiG-29 kit out (Fujimi?) have speculative Finnish markings for the MiG-29?  Given the kit's inaccuracies (there are problems with being first off the blocks), that's probably the best part of the kit.

Any chance of seeing the second and third ones of that last set combined to make a Su-27 in RAF desert scheme?

Love the He 162s. Keep them coming.

Just a thought Richard: Could you lower/flatten/extend forward the windscreen / canopy? The current "bulge" screams drag and lower profile canopy would be improve the otherwise streamline look.

Sorry Carl, but that would be quite a lot of work to change the profile outline, then all the shading and highlighting etc. More He 162's to come though!
