All hail the God of Frustration!!!

You can't outrun Death forever.

The Peel Trident 1965 looks like it was inspired by Hanna-Barbera Productions "The Jetson's" animated comics from way back then.
All that is missing is that signature Jetson's flying car sound.

Is it just me or does the 'dome' on the Peel Trident look like a bomb-aimer's bubble taken from a Lancaster?

Probably.  Early sixties, a lot of military surplus available at prices that would have been enticing for quick purchase.

The Trident is a pretty nifty little bus, but sweet baby Cthulhu! They are mighty proud of their work...

Too bad. Still, stuck in rush-hour traffic, you could peer through that flat windscreen bit and imagine the tail lights in front were really the pathfinder flares leading you to Hamburg ... "Bombs gone!"  ;)

Have Hasegawa BMW Isetta & Messerschmidt ... need a Heinkel (Trojan).  May add the Peel to help the group along.

Even in 1/24 both of those will be tiny!
