Added more stuff. It now reminds me of that scholarly work by Sir Mix-A-Lot, "Baby got Back" :
The white bars are to cover some of the major surgery scars inflicted on the plastic. The exhaust is from the LAV-25 with a curved section from an Italeri Hetzer. I guess if the engine needs major servicing or removal, the crew would just remove the exhaust as part of the process. The headlights are from 3 different kits. The armored sides are to provide space for (maybe) side skirts for the wheels. I have the original Italeri plastic wheels in place because they don't stick out as far as the Trumpeter vinyl wheels, although I may go back to them:
I used the excellent AFV Club M151 Remote Weapon Station because i wanted to use some of the Stryker parts, so I built the station up as well. If I use the M151, I'm going to use the Mk 19 grenade launcher and use the .50 cal... somewhere. Placing the M151 is still up in the air - over the commander's hatch, it blocks access to the large crew hatch behind it:
I also built up the LAV-25's TOW launcher and modified the supports so it could be reloaded from the large crew hatch:
