That's a rotating turret, isn't it?  :)
Forget about his bow and arrows- why wait until that sparrow has done his deed when I can just bury him right now 'cause I'm sick and tired of hearing why he wants to have his way with the cock robin!?

Feeling threatened by the new Soviet and RoC tanks the SPRM bought a small number of M68 tanks to bolster its armored forces here seen in the shortlived early seventies marking.

If you mean the way it is designated, yes.  I see the SPRM being either a Soviet client state or a Non-Aligned Movement member, and of those in real-life Non-Aligned Movement I remember only one country designating their vehicles this way.

One way to start is to just put the key points of you idea/story in bullet point format or in the form of key events.

Wasn't Manchuria the heart of the communist Chinese territory while the Nationalists controlled the south?  I read something a few years back that suggested that the Nationalists would have been better off leaving the Communists in Manchuria rather than trying to take it back.

The Nationalists made quite a number of idiotic moves in Manchuria, too, such as screwing their own elite 1st New Army and disbanding ex-Manchukuo army units.  On the battlefield the Nationalists actually did as well or even better than the Communists, but Communist losses were quickly replenished by disenfranchised ex-NRA soldiers and officiers while the NRA itself suffered even between battles.

My idea is basicly this since the USSR recognized Manchuria in 1941 (OTL) and having serious concerns about the CCP ability to win a war against the KMT(OTL) they decide to install a new government in Manchuria to create a buffer state (which du to its industrialization is better suited to create a socialist society according to communist ideology). Paying lip service to the international revolution they supply a limited amout of arms to the CCP and points out what a suitable guerilla base Xinjiang is (much too the chagrin of the CCP that now have lost a valuable supply source and been instructed to regroup on the fringes of China). The KMT ofcourse arenīt to happy about losing Manchuria but confronting the Soviets at this stage would be suiciadal at the moment (but the aspiration to retake it doesnīt go away).

So what do you all think?

well that would be the E-series ... unless you're talking about 1936-1942 time-frame ?

Not really any timeframe in particular, but I am wondering if there is an advantage in being able to accept different suspension designs from different countries.
