does anyone make an avia s199 or decal sheets for Israeli 109's or do I just have to get a 109g6 and cobble together markings to make one?

In terms of decals, Sky's Decals do a sheet called "IAF First Fighters" that includes decals for Avias, Spits and Mustangs. LINK!

As for kits, revived KP has released a rather decent all-new S-199 recently. LINK!
