Hi John, I think you captured the idea perfectly.

JP, love the AJ Savage and the A2J was certainly a sleek looking attack aircraft.  Certainly another subject that has been neglected in plastic.

Almost forgot these two Vikings. I have Stargazer to thank for sparking the idea.

Today I have learned a new Afrikaaner word that I like, with artwork to match: "Vlakvark".  I realize I'm coming into this late, and I can't believe I never noticed it before on the other site.

Vikings look super and the jet Neptune is certainly a novel idea.

Thanks everyone.

Only two for now I'm busy updating. I did an F-1B in SAAF colours.

Entirely plausible.  Someone with limited knowledge of the Mirage F.1's employment by the SAAF might very well think they were real.

Thanks guys.

The next one, I added the nose from a Mirage F-1AZ.  I almost used a blank from a Russian site, but damn is it wrong! So I used photos to draw a correct nose.

Hi John

The twoseater AZ lept from my mind to yours :P Have a look at mine I looked at two or three different drawings for the AZ nose on my profile, should I correct it or leave it be? If I have to correct it do you mind me using your correct nose profile?

Thanks Alex.

Damian, I would correct it, as the AZ is an aircraft I love dearly. You can use the new nose and more, as I'm not the OEM of the aircraft. This should make it easy to see the difference.

The next one is an F-1 C2 in IAI service, with Kfir C2 nose, tail fin and engine.

Ah Ha!

I shall fix it, yeah the interception light shuldn't be there I just didn't delete it from the various layers as this blank serves for both the AZ and CZ and it is still in progress but I'll tweak the rest of the things. As for the slime light on the tail I based the positioning of the slime lights off of the "Milk truck" AZ which has slime lights on the tail too. Again most likely just a test bed aircraft and something I can omit as needed if I do a SAAF version but the SAAF forum already has some way more awesome Mirages than what I'm capable of.

Thanks Alex.
