Go for it, I ordered a $220 pair of sunnies today, if I can get away with that you can get away with a 1/35 AIFV.

Ya reckon? ???

I ask for a $350 watch for Christmas (on sale) & it's no biggie, I ask for a $50 model & it's like I've broken all Seven Mortal Sins with Satan as my wingman. :-\

SWMBO does realise you are referring to styrene models and not flesh and blood ones?

If like most of us, it would end in SWMBO rolling around the floor in bouts of hysterical laughter...

Unfortunately, yep ... & then she'd get her doing the dishes & the housework, so she'd be too knackered to be interested in doing the wild thang even if she was into pudgy old men. :icon_crap:

That’s cool but I don’t know that it’s a “must buy” for me even though I’m a Sherman Easy 8 fan. There have been versions of this tank made by Academy, Dragon, Asuka, Tamiya and Italeri, so unless it has some really outstanding features like maybe a full interior, there’s not necessarily much incentive for me to get it.

As an aside, I think some other company (maybe Takom?) announced a VVSS version of this tank.

Hmm, I'm intrigued by the "workable track links & torsion bars" as the M4A3E8 had Horizontal Volute Spring Suspension (HVSS)! ::)

Good pick up.  Here's some more details showing what they probably meant to say:

And whilst there was a M4 trialed with torsion bars, it wasn't the M4A3E8 but rather this:

The details shown look great but, "Oh, my giddy aunt!" (as my mother used to say), those workable tracks! 8) :o
