Title: Flight deck Spruance

With an extension granted, I might shoot for one more build. It'll be a re-design of my 1/1250 flight deck Spruance in 1/700 scale. I've been wanting to do this for some time, can't believe I forgot about it till now.

Moved all VLS forward, smaller island, more ciws and more aesthetically pleasing carrier style sponsons instead of ploping a box on top.
