Wellington and violin, red Re: hybrid aircraft/animals and others

this plastic violin was supposed to play music with a bit of electronics inside, but it was broken when I found it : maybe for the best, after all, for my ears  ;)

and I had a 1/72 Airfix wellington of the right size so I furthered my experiments in the spirit of this :

and here it is :

Beautiful!  Perhaps for their next album they should honor the Commander Cody of Republic serials (Radar Men From the Moon et al.) and make spaceships of their instruments?

thanks ! but before more music :

I began a series of 2cv hybrids, with different kinds of aircraft : monoplane high wing or low wing, biplane, twin-boom, twin-motor, jet

here is the first one, a 1/43 2cv with a 1/72 Saab 21 (both Heller)

VERY beautiful :-* :-*
And I just noticed the slight asymmetry of the propeller, not exactly following the centerline (probably to counter-act torque of the single engine). Congratulations engineer!
And maybe "2cv" is not famous out of France, it means "deux-chevaux-(vapeur)" (to read de-shvo), nick-named "Dodoche" (to read dodosh) ;)

and now one of the 5 diecast 1/32 (? I guess) 2cv

(I bought the lot just to make shipping costs more optimized when buyig something else : you know what I mean, that's how you get a stash full of things you don't need, and didn't actually want ... but at some point it pops up again conveniently enough after all  ;D tell me I am not the only one please )

hybridized with the Alf floatplane from which came the yellow catapult I showed recently

Your new flying-2cv is VERY pleasant, thanks!  :-*
Alas it is not my "favourite" one because I love so much twin-boomers that I prefer the yellow one  :-* :-* , sorry.

Sorry I cannot confirm as I do not buy lots anymore but one model rarely, and only one. But your incredible productiviity needs lots as basis, I understand and I approve you with joy.

Do you confirm the genius light asymmetry of this yellow diamond?:

I have featured your yellow one as a major addition to the History of asymmetric aircraft! (at the temporary end of my site http://www.kristofmeunier.fr/Asymm_addition.htm ), without mentioning this angle was not wanted... Thanks again, engineer!

and now to the jet age, with a Mig-15 UTI (ok, the twin seat aspect is not quite visible here)

(the red reacted a bit with the background : uneasy to do a primer on a dark colored preassembled diecast)

for a change, and to get back to the animal hybrids, here is a windmill ostrich :

(with a propeller coming from a 1/32 Ar196 : I have two more ... have to find long necked animals as hosts  :) )

Cute!  That prop would look good on a suitably-sized giraffe if you can find one.  If you want to go prehistoric, perhaps a brontosaur?
