Could be built, maybe. Start with a Ki-64 and ad-lib from then on.

Attached in the Latécoère 299A proof-of-concept aircraft for the Arsenal VB-10. FSC Dujin used to produce a kit of this. I've a copy and it's splendidly done. It's also long out of production.

Of recent news however, Atsushi Koyanagi has announced that he will be producing a 1/72 Arsenal VB-10 kit in 2018!
