I don't have a story for this one except that it is to be an somewhat updated export version of it- the original design was to rely completely on four twin 100mm guns for targets inside the minimum range and altitude of the projected V-800 missile. 4K33 Osa-M is incorporated to replace two of the twin 100mm guns to improve its self-defense capability. I'm thinking of replacing the other two twin 100mm guns with twin 76mm guns.
Four S-75M-2 Volkhov-M twin launcher systems are installed because by the time of its construction- somewhat ahead of the first Kirov class large missile cruiser- the V-800 missile was abandoned and the S-300F was was not yet modified into the Rif for export.
Currently I'm trying to figure out how I can give it some sort of anti-ship capability (i.e. where I can put some AShM launchers; the original had none)......
