Airfix 1/72 Gloster Meteor - Conversion to Trent Turboprop Engines
« on: September 10, 2014, 06:38:28 AM »
A slight twist with this Airfix Meteor - it has been converted to a Trent-powered machine using the Unicraft Models resin conversion kit and was brush-painted. Decals from Modeldecals. The conversion kit included props, engine nacelle halves, engine intakes, tail fins and canopy:

Whilst an interesting result, I do NOT recommend this particular conversion kit which was of very poor quality.
