I was thinking of trying to build this concept hover tank
Looks like it has a lot of the Soviet MAZ truck in it
Advice / comments  ???

I see the MAZ cabin in the center there. Good eye BTW  :)I would get the MAZ section in the middle (1/35, 1/48 whatevr) divide the "Golem" into three sections. Rough out the front and rear "Boxes" (start with simple shapes, then build onto them) Looks like the top front "hood" section has some gundam looks to it.

All I got  :-\

I was thinking along those lines. Front (engine), then a long box sloping at the end, with panels added on the side. All siting on a center line frame with goodies where needed.
I have a Dragon Scud kit, it needs to much correction to build as a Scud TEL, so I have a good supply of parts. Will use the frame, cabs and a lot of the goodies to detail.
Thank you taiidantomcat for your input.

This should be fun to watch! 8)

the old Dragon Scud is perfect for this type of concept, been down a similar road.
No matter how you proceed I am seeing masterpiece already

however I cannot see a bunch of hand wringing worry warts like the UN actually having one of these as it is far too martial and the Environmental impact of the build process would overstress the delicate economy and they cannot be seen to be favouring commercial interests.. gaaarrgh !

Now Weyland Yutani megacorporation.. yep.. by all means.
