Using Alex's great profiles:



I'd like to put a new nose on the IL-28/H-5. I know there is the Bilek kit but it I am not willing to pay Ebay prices. I trial fitted a 1/100 Caravelle and 1/72 B-57/Canberra nose but they are too wide. Has anyone else looked a what could be used?

I wonder...replace those engines with something like a 3-poster lift engine so as to create a STOVL Beagle.

Another idea would be a carrier based Il-28K with folding wings etc - kind of like a A-3 Skywarrior counterpart.
