The UC Hard Graph kit is horribly expensive but this is by far the best wheeled conversion I have yet to see based on that kit.  Wonder where the wheels/tyres were sourced from?  The ZSU-23 Shilka turret is a nice feature but way OP :)

Could they be Monster Truck tyres?

None of the "known" monster truck kits have a tread pattern like that in the image that I know of.  I have a couple of the 1:32nd scale MT kits in the stash and both of them are pretty much identical save for the truck body and the tyres/wheels are the usual aggressive v-shape pattern commonly seen on these things.

The wheels look like they may have possibly come from a radio control kit.

You can see a work-in-progress thread of that beast over on whatifmodelers. LINK! "Brandzai" goes by the name "Sticky Fingers" over there -  extremely talented chap!  :)

The UC Hard Graph kit is horribly expensive but this is by far the best wheeled conversion I have yet to see based on that kit.  <...>

How about this tracked conversion?  ;) More pics in this album: LINK!

Geez - $72 at Amazon! The wheeled version looks good, but the Shilka turret may be a bit too much. The tracked version is amazing.

Another one from Facebook, this time by Joe Porche for both the Plastic Model Builders Group and Scale Model Addict.  Hopefully it won't disappear this time.

And be careful if and when you Google 'sky whale' to find out more. It gets a bit weird.

Wow - wonder if that's been anywhere near a wind tunnel: can't see the interactions between the passenger section and the engine "yoke" being that favourable...

Also wouldn't like to try to make the safety case for a civilian passenger liner using tilting engines to shorten it's landing/take-off run. What happens when one of them fails just after rotation in a mx weight take-off?

I think this is more in the Colani realm (or Bel Geddes). Ain't happening. Ever. At least some of Colani's stuff gets built, but it's usually a pretty shell over a mundane truck or car frame.

Did someone find a long lost Gerry Anderson archive and now claims this design as their own?  >:D

As you know Coulson has retired their Martin Mars tankers but thanks to the USAF they now have replacements. Evergreen eat your heart out.
