Awesome drawings. I read a Sci-Fi/fiction book decades years ago which had a "Boeing 797" which had 5 engines.  I think it was "Invader".

Work in progress ::

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

Nope, Down to a Sunless Sea by David Graham.  Though his 797 had a full-length upper deck, back to the tail, added, too.  I could see how that could be easily modeled.

What if Convair build a 4 engine airliner in DC6 category?

*snicker* Could be the shape changing Douglas from The Big Claw, where it  morphs from DC-4 to DC-3 and back again depending on which stock footage they used where; the movie is a classic bad movie (so bad, it's entertaining).

Your work here, OTOH, is gorgeous and good.

Very nice! Is it just me, or does this Altlantic airliner have a twin-engined Vickers Vanguard feel about it?

MPA and AEW variants of the Vickers Vanguard?

Your second Atlantic airliner reminded me of the Vanguard.

I DO love Tupolev versions of B-29.
From bottom to top: T-70 in old aeroflot livery, Tu-70 derivative with turboprops taken from a chinese version of Tu-4, Tu-85 converted to airliner.

Nice work on the single-tailled Ju 90 ... quite an aesthetic improvement over the original  :)

There was a RW Vanguard MMR (Medium Maritime Reconnaissance) proposal by BAC to meet AST.357. A resin conversion for the 1/144 Airfix Vanguard kit is available from S&M Models: http://sandmmodels.co.uk/product/airfix-vickers-vanguard/]http://sandmmodels.co.uk/product/airfix-vickers-vanguard/

Former gunners' seats in the inboard nacelles reserved for high-ranking Party members or left available for the workers?

How were in your opinion the quality of those places, in terms of room, noise, temperature? Better or worse than the others?

Probably very noisy (and draughty due to the main undercarriage doors). How about stations for inflight mechanics? On very long-range flights, the mechanics could do minor engine tweaking from inside the wings and nacelles.
