Just spent a few pleasurable minutes going through your profiles again Clave!

Re: your Part 326: Curtiss P-40E of VF-17 US Navy
I love it mate, but I’ve just noticed it has no arrestor hook!
 
Re: Part 382: Bristol Blenheim Mk I(T) of the Czech Air Force – Wow that Bordkanone BK 7,5 cannon gondola arrangement designed and employed on the Henschel Hs 129 is awesome! I would love to see this profile in Finnish Air Force markings and colours if possible? What with the Finnish being so closely affiliated with the German’s (hence access to the Bordkanone BK 7,5 cannon gondola arrangement) and the fact that the Finnish so successfully employed their Blenheim’s! Add to this the realistic Finnish appreciation and need for such an effective anti-tank aircraft!!

Any chance of a Boeing B-29 Superfortress profile in RAAF colours and markings of the Korean War era? I've always loved the prospect of the RAAF operating such an advanced heavy bomber post WWII

Part 437: Embraer Super Tucano of the Royal Australian Air Force.

Clave, the Aussie B-29 and Super Tucano are both especially nice. You have to have confused more non-whif folks with your work than any other profiler out there. Everytime I do a search for a particular aircraft I run across one of your what-if profiles.  ;)  As always thanks for sharing!

No time to think of one, but it's a tank-buster (well duh) with Merlins because ground attack aircraft are always too slow, and a Lancaster mid-turret because 2 guns were needed to fend off the chasing Messerschmitts...  I think someone at de Havilland left and went to work for Bristol maybe?

Ummm... I got an email from Azerbaijan today asking if their Air Force really had F-16s...  :o

Apart from being slightly amused, I now feel a tad hurt - this was No 4 in the series, drawn in Dec 2009 - and you only just noticed??? ::)

The Canadian Typhoon is saved alongside other what-if Typhoons found on this site.  It's that damned good.  :)

It is indeed. I did a similar concept in RCAF colours a few years back. The backstory there was that short-nosed Bolingbrokes were fitted with 40mm Bofors for anti-submarine duty off Canada's east coast. My Merlin-powered Bolingbrokes had twin rudders (like that experimental Beaufighter).

Hey Clave, it might be pushing the friendship and boundary, but is their any chance of requesting the next evolution in the 'What If' RAAF bomber revitalisation program?
The replacement of the Boeing B-29, with the more powerful and more importantly longer ranged B-50A Superfortress?
