I keep imagining the glass-nosed (headed?) fish as a stealth spy submarine. Put N. Korean markings and a periscope on it and it'd be ready for some nefarious mission.

I agree with the above on all points.  That Arado looks to have quite a sensor fit, too.  I'll bet that's the fastest any form of turtle has moved.

That's an attractive and unique look.  It's well planned, too, since the plane of the center propeller is behind the plane of the other two propellers and you won't get them interfering with each other.
