Random idea:  Torpedo equipped Lysander.  Perhaps an emergency lash up in the scenario of a German invasion of the UK?

If memory serves me correctly.  Someone did a Lysander torpedo bomber variant on what-if modelers many years ago.  Either as a model or it was some artwork.

Why not?

Its original requirements included AOP, CAS, interceptor and night fighter, why not add Torpedo bomber.  Actually Dive bomber two?
