In 1/35, a US T92 experimental tank (lost out to what became the M551 when amphibious flotation became a requirement as it was much more compact and "dense").

In 1/72, and possibly 1/48, a conversion kit to do an A3J-1 from an RA-5C.  I agree with the earlier poster who would love to see Italieri re-issue ESCI's 1/72 AV-8A (as well as the Harrier GR.1 and GR.3 variants) and 1/72 V-22.  Beyond that, I'd like to see some good kits of production F-35 variants (Fujimi's F-35B totally neglects the auxiliary inlet doors for v/stol operations).  I'd also love to see in both 1/72 and 1/48 some good weapons sets for European air-launched missiles and similar sets covering Israeli, South African, et al. missiles that just aren't normally covered.

plenty of 1/24 stuff id like to see......astons and jags, a decent mk1 or 2 escort rally car, some Rally Raid trucks (kamaz/tata/iveco etc)

tamiya need to do more 1/12 street bikes.....the cb750/katana/virago/etc have been in the range since Noah thought it looked like it was going to rain.....lots of more current bikes (and i dont mean sports bikes) make good candidates.......modern triumphs and beemers would be nice, harleys are out cos they want too much in royalties but i think revell had the right idea with their kustom choppers range but they could do with being more detailed methinks

airfix need to do the new 1/48 landies in 1/35

aircraft wise i cant think of any thing id really like to see  ;D
I have come up with a plan so cunning you could stick a tail on it and call it a weasel!

Dear Revell,
Please use your design and tooling team that made your brand new Ventura to do this:

one of these:

and one of these too:

[Edit.  Thanks Greg]  In 1/48 scale.
Kind regards,
Dr. J.

Fonderie Miniature do the Hampden in 1/48. It is somewhat rare though and thus pricey.

Would definitely also love to see the Albemarle...lot's of potential there!

1/48 Gloster Javelin anyone?

I have a Vacuumform one from Dynavector.  Would certainly like an injection moulded one!

In terms of armour, I'd like to see someone do an injection-moulded M103 heavy tank. 1/35 and/or 1/72. Trumpeter?

As far as helicopters go, will anyone please do a decent 1/72 AH-1G Cobra? And would Revell please do a 1/72 Bo 105/PAH-1.
Cheers,
Moritz

I'd like Airfix (or anyone else for that matter) to do a proper Belvedere along with a new mould Rotodyne.

Regarding armour, I'd like to see some 35th injection SADF stuff (armour, weapons, troopies, wheeled vehicles, etc).

Have you tried some of the Skunk Models Work Shop stuff?  Limited I know, but it does touch on some of this.

There are just too many types I wish the model companies would release... Now I would rephrase things in a somewhat different way, somehow:

« Dear Model Company, I would like you to stop releasing Spitfires, Mustangs, Hurricanes, B-17s, Me 109s, Fw 190s, Ju 88s, Zeros, and all those aircraft which already exist by the zillions in all their numerous variants. Please do us a favor: go for the unusual, take some risks, make us dream with aircraft that are more rarely seen. All prototypes aside, there have been production aircraft that were great but have too seldom been covered in plastic form. And also do more civilian types. Not every aviation enthusiast is a lover of military types and war... ».

And also do more civilian types. Not every aviation enthusiast is a lover of military types and war...

And half the fun is turning them into gunships, AWACS and LRMPAs anyway..........  ;)

Seriously, I'd like to see more GA types in 1/72nd, particularly biz jets (surely if luxury cars are "sexy" enough to be modelled then private jets are?)

Fair point, given the number of "paper panzers" they kit. How about a Conqueror while they're at it? come to think of it, an M103 and a Conqueror would go well in 1/76th alongside Airfix's JS-3...

I'm surprised how thin on the ground AH-1G kits are.... As for the Bo-105, open goal: have you seen the scramble when an Airfix one comes up on ebay? :icon_surprised: ???

...could we ask for a box of 1/72 pilots? The crew figures (in those italeri kits that have them) are excellent - so how about a big box of 1-piece, mixed era pilots?

Well that's odd, I thought there was one already.  I just did a search though and can't seem to find one.

Colle¢taire has a couple of very expen$ive re$in Ban$h¢¢ kit$.

Hawk Models produced a very basic F2H-2 Banshee in 1/48th scale back in the good old days.  This was released again under the Testor's brand name and has been out of production for a very long time.

Bristol Beaufighter in 1/72 SVP. The Hase`s are selling for crazy prices on Ebay.

Maybe during a long weekend just after closing,  Dragon, Fujimi or Trumpeter could send some Modeling savvy Ninja`s into the Hasegawa factory, drop in via the sky lights, break into the secret room which has non-prod molds, steal the molds, and escape leaving no sign of them ever being there.  Make it modular (noses, engines) and we can get a family portrait.

Also a reboot of the missing fighters: P-35, P-43, XP-50, XP-72.

Oh and anything with contra-props. I just love contra-props.  ;D
