BTR-70 FlatPack Radar
« on: March 11, 2016, 07:27:49 PM »
Far too much time being spent of Real life AFV model subjects, so time for a mind cleansing quick Whiffer
Dug out an Old (now totally redundant with the latest releases) Dragon BTR-70, which incidentely had no wheels.
so starting here, let the hacking begin.

So after much hand wringing and gnashing of teeth about whether it should be wheeled. Or tracked. Or Wheeled. Or tracked.. Or......
End up back with wheels. Looks too much like a BTR not to have wheels. So found an even older DML BTR in the built archives and "borrowed" the wheels.
So hackity, buildity, stickity and we ended up here

Other side.

Still a bit to go clearly but at least the whiffer Mojo is back!

Cheers
Brian T

Thanks guys.
Quick and dirty this one. Not too much stress of minor issues and flaws in finish. Just slam it out

So calling that done.

Now back to putting on a gazillion little bits on the Trumpy 1/350 HMS Roberts
