Jeff and I were just discussing this. We've both been less than happy with the Chopper II (the all metal version). Micromark sells their own version of the chopper you linked, for a lot less: http://www.micromark.com/chop-it,9547.htmlI heard of people praising the Chopper's "precision", but I've found it not to be all that precise (cut to the same length or angle repeatedly) nor accurate ( a "45 degree" angle cut won't be). If you want a bunch of strips that vary from about 22-25mm long and 45-ish degrees, then it's fine. Otherwise, a miter with a thin blade and a good guide would probably produce better results.
