Submersible Soviet Nuclear Fighter

From some old soviet bulletin:
"Dear Comrades!

Our recently created research bureau has received an order for quick development of counter to so called 'stealth' technology from the rotten west!
Do not fear though, the time is limited but there is nothing that willing comrade can't do!
We have been given a top clearance to projects together with production facilities of our fraternal bureaus of Sukhoi and Mig, so we should be able to speed up process of construction to the limits!
Our glorious goal will push back that 'stealth' dreams of filthy capitalists back to their drawing boards and forever leave them crippled with fear because our invincible fighters will strike them strait into their homelands from under water!!!

For the glory of Soviet Union!"

Because I've almost finished jet propelled Scorpio fighter I'm gonna have some time for new project.
From the first time I saw 'Macross Zero' anime the idea of submersible fighter was literally eating me and because there is still something about a month of time of Red Star Soviet GB I'll try to add a little bit of wicked idea that have finally crystallized, but it's going to be strange and definitely not serious.
I'm planing to merge two fuselages of Su-22 together with some remnants of old, abandoned project of wannabe space fighter, than add 4 (yes four) folding wings and on the top of that - retractable floats ;D
It's going to be madness but I'll try to finish it in time...
