I was VERY criticized by my czech comrades for this "laughung leaf" on left wing.

Old Wombat : why only Commonwealth games? Why not Olympic games? And colours and markings of planes will by too under rating ...  ;D ;D ;D
I hope,that all my proposals will be on the first places  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Well, because it's a British plane &, so far, you've only done Commonwealth subjects (if you count the Irish one as being from Northern Ireland).

The laughing leaf is fine with me, we can't be serious all the time.

The Turkish air force did this for the 2007 Tiger Meet. Lots of people thought it was stupid, but I liked it for the humour:

I have an F-89 D/J Scorpion 1/72 Revell and want some whatif marking.... Here is first of my ideas.... but I have drawing only for F-89H  ???

Post war plans for the RAAF were for the RAAF Reserve Squadrons to serve in the interceptor role so maybe one of them would could be an option, assuming the flying reserve was kept going.  There are now ten squadrons but there were initially five, No. 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25.
