Airfix Scaling Down Reality - FREE TALK

17th February 2016

Simon Owen - Airfix Talk

FREE Talk - 13:30 lasting approx. one hour

Simon Owen, lead Researcher at Hornby Hobbies Ltd will be at Cosford on Wednesday 17 February to give an insight into the fascinating world of Airfix.

Simon’s last talk at Cosford proved really popular, so he has kindly agreed to return for the second time.  He will explain how they take an iconic aircraft and scale it down to produce perfect replicas for today’s modellers.

Covering a range of topics including the history of the company and the production process, Simon will be on hand to answer your questions at the end, so don’t miss out on this perfect opportunity to see what goes on behind the scenes at Airfix HQ.
