Title: Kinetic Maxx-Pro
Post by: 35th-scale on March 08, 2015, 05:45:03 AM
This the Kinetic Maxx-Pro in 1/35 scale built OOB with some stowage from the spares box added inside. Really great kit and highly recommended. Hairy stick brush painted with Humbrol enamels.

I want to add one of these and the Oshkosh M-ATV to the stash.  Yours looks splendid!

Thanks LJ, it was a joy to build. Don't mind anything you read about sink marks on the sides of the body: they disappear wit a coat of paint. The gun did need replacing though. I put in a Live Resin Mk40 grenade launcher.
Can't wait for Kinetic to release the reworked M-ATV...

I took a bunch of photos of one of these a couple years ago at the Chicago Auto Show. They're on Prime Portal.net.

I want one Kinetic kit and one real one for driving on the expressway.
Yours look cool. Nice work.

I really like your rendering of desert camo. Proves that sometimes the older, simpler methods really pay off!

Hmmm...I wonder how one would look like in a jungle camo scheme...
