L/F: Hasegawa 1/72 A-7 Corsair II clear bits
« on: February 12, 2017, 09:29:41 AM »
Hi team,
After resuming a dormant build I'd lost the windscreen and canopy (are they separate?) from this kit. Unfortunately money is tight so I cannot get a vac replacement.

Can anyone help me? It is for a WhIf project  :)

Expand your search to include the F-8 Crusader if you can not source the A-7 windscreen.  FWIW.

If all else fails, I have a Fujimi 1/72 A-7B scheduled for conversion to a TA-7C or EA-7L and I can send you the single-seat canopy and windscreen.

Thanks Evan, I'll be in touch if nothing else turns up.

Thanks Jeff, I didn't think about that.

Bump! Still hunting, the build is complete except for clear bits.

Sadly, as far as the Hasegawa F-8 goes, that's fake news:

A mate on another forum was kind enough to send me a set but no dice.
