No, this one will be a ground attack/close-support aircraft.

A while ago I got Trumpeter's Gannet and Wyvern in an online auction a while back for quite cheap. Both were started and have been waiting for a good idea. Someone suggested a Russian reverse-engineered Wyvern. So here we are.

You may have an idea of where this is going...

I'm not sure, I'm leaning towards a ton of underwing stations and making the bay a fuel tank for a nice, long loiter ability. I'm hoping it won't look too Gannety when I'm done.

Some chopping and PSR is on the agenda for this weekend.

Hi folks,
I rather lost interest in this and it went back into the stash soon after my last post. It WILL one day emerge as a Soviet ground-attack machine as planned, but other projects captured my attention and imagination. Consider this my withdrawal, and good luck to everyone else.

Your model/invention is interesting anyway. If you finish it after this GB end, maybe post it on the main forum, it will be pleasant to see as well. ;)
