Was there any battleship equipped with nuclear ammo?

Don't know if they were ever deployed, but according to these articles, the USA built 50 x 16" nuclear "katie" rounds for it's BBs in the 1950s:

Secure ammunition storage for these weapons was provided aboard the battleships and some of the 8.0" gun armed cruisers for artillery fired atomic projectiles. Actual production numbers were quite small and the number Harold states would be about right for a nuclear stockpile that would allow some ammunition to be ready for issue and other projectiles to be in the logistics and maintenance chain for refurbishing and reissue. Same for the 8.0" gun projectiles as there would be a need for X rounds available for immediate issue during contingencies and other rounds to replace these projectiles as they are pulled and returned for refurbishment to the arsenal responsible for the program.

Be careful what you load... a full broadside of 9 rounds could do a LOT more damage than you intended!

Reminds me of something I read about a special forces bloke calling in off shore fire support during Vietnam against an NVA artillery emplacement on a hill or a ridge. The description, from memory went something along the lines of, the sound of freight trains roaring over head, a blinding flash, and indescribable noise, the earth shaking and the target, as well as the ridge it had been on, gone, the bloke who called in the fires stammering over the radio, "you nuked them". Not nukes butt un be wares to him the on call ship that day was the USS New Jersey and a target that could have been easily taken out with 5" had been obliterated by a barrage of 16".

What about a Nuclear battleship equiped with tradicional ammo, nuclear ammo, perhaps nuclear missiles launchable from main guns, or missil turrets (in the way of some soviet SSN I do not remember now) ?
