Um.... ??? :-\

Um.... ??? :-\
Yes - "Um"
This could use some descriptive text.

Hans and Werner were polishing their helmets, trying to get through the War without getting killed or maimed.
"I could volunteer for the Eastern Front, or I could volunteer for this here FlugWagen"
"I don't know, Hans. It looks a bit dangerous."
"It really can't be worse than facing Ivan and Uncle Joe!"
Werner volunteered for the Eastern Front, but his convoy was redirected to France instead. He stepped on a rusty nail and was sent back home to recuperate from the resulting infection. After the war, he asked discretely about Hans and the FlugWagen.
Poor Hans.
His vehicle had been powered by two Argus As 014 pulse engines. In the first test, the vibrations were so great that Hans lost all the fillings in his teeth. In the second test, Hans (who was in a straight jacket, known as a Pilot Rückhalte Anzug (Pilot restraining suit) was strapped into his chair. During the test, the ten 4cm bolts holding the FlugWagen to its test stand came loose, and Hans and the FlugWagen skittered across Penemunde and were last seen skipping across the Atlantic.

Its a good thing he's wearing that helmet :)

Nice! 1/72 scale tank?
-
It is a very old, and bad, japanese model, probably a copy of Roco HO model.
-
Languished years waiting to be in a kit bash. Finally in 2016 its time has arrived. This is its lucky year !
Including an intriguing backstory.
-
Should this model have wings? and tail fin?
(http://i1080.photobucket.com/albums/j340/ysi_maniac/ModellingProjects/FlugWagen/FlugWagenWings.jpg) (http://s1080.photobucket.com/user/ysi_maniac/media/ModellingProjects/FlugWagen/FlugWagenWings.jpg.html)
This may be a nice debate:
Where is the limit of plausibility in a SciFic project?
Please, I want your opinions about wings and plausibility. :)
-
Maybe just small directional control vanes/winglets/canards at the four corners?
($ 0.02 USD contributed)
-
I bet Hans wished he had wings and stabilizers!
Speaking of Hans, you need to do something with the poor fellow. He's looking pretty rough. At least give him another arm.
-
;D ;D ;D
you are probably right!
-
How about some vertical fins at the rear? It's a known scientific fact that everything goes faster with fins. Maybe cant them outwards slightly.
-
... At least give him another arm.
I have good news: Hans got another arm. 8)

Ah yes, the Gerry Anderson effect!
... At least give him another arm.

Good to hear Hans is getting better! Now about the top of his head....... ??? :o

Hans was never known as a smart man...

In all seriousness, I love the modifications-- his mask looks great!

"Wings? We don't need no stinking wings" (Mel Brooks' Blazzing Saddles" circa 1974)
And fins are only good for Finland :)
A pure sleek design without any external "appendixes" I guess would work better in this particular case.
But of course I am almost certainly wrong, so do as you please. I love the design, anyway! ;)

Nice one.

That's excellent - love it! :)

astonoshing ! ;D
what about a pink-flowery hippie 1969 version? with a surf board ;)

One of those concepts you really wish you could get into and operate: looks like a lot of fun. Does the operator step up the front and go in from the top? Kinda cool.
