This was built out of my love for the sleek look of the Corsair and love of anything Israeli Military related.  It was built and painted to represent a machine from the IAF circa 1956.  Added bombs and mounts from True Details. Added rocket wires from aluminum wire and brake lines from brass wire.  Tires are from True Details.  The antenna is nylon thread.  The markings are from the spares box.  It is painted to represent having just completed a level IV maintenance overhaul and receiving the new blue/brown camouflage scheme.

Nice and simple what-if and it looks good in that camouflage scheme.

That's some absolutely first-class paint work! More of a "should've been" than a what if in my book!

Most excellent!

I haven't figured out the fine lines between Shoulda Coulda Mighta and What if!!!!  Most of the times, these are entered into the hypothetical categories at model shows!  I have an Egyptian FireFly and a BA-6 Russian armored car.  I think it would have been nice if the Other Middle Eastern War State had better photographic histories of their fighting forces.
