My Dad who served in 617 Sqn when the squadron was using the Tallboys and Grand Slams, told me that the way the bombs are painted up these days is like how they were 'after' the war. He told me that during the war, the bombs were usually left steel grey for the actual bomb, and the tail cone was painted Interior Green.

Very nice!! If you look just outboard of the engine intakes, you'll see the faint outline of the APU exhaust door. To the best of my knowledge, the APUs in the forward inboard corner of the MLG bays are not depicted in any B-2A kit currently available.
