I have some spare floats from several kits in 1/72 scale.  HMU,if you still need some.

I thought about Curtiss Seahawk floats, but I don't know if they are large enough :/

Could always just make some out of some square stock and some needle files/sanding sticks.  You'd be surprised how easy and relatively quick it would be.  Looking at the design you have, you're not going to find anything close I don't think.  Scratching might be the best route.

Trying to find aftermarket floats is like looking for a needle in a stack of needles....
