3Doodler - The World's First 3D Printing Pen

Jeffry Fontaine:
3Doodler The World's First 3D Printing Pen.  Never heard of this until Barry Snell (aka John Howling Mouse) sent me an eMail with a flyer from Michael's advertising this new tool.

Reminds me a bit of a glue gun but with so much more potential.

Here is a video from YouTube describing the tool and how to use it:

Sounds like a very interesting idea

Alvis 3.1:
To me it's aboot as accurate as using cake icing.

Colour me skeptical as to any serious applications for modelling...but I've been known to be wrong before.

Useful for artists, also skeptical 'aboot',  ;D, it's usefullness in the word of 'scale' modelling.
Anyhoo, it aint' a '3D Printing' pen, it's a free-form plastic extrusion device, which has loads
of possibilities when freed from the limitations of terminology.  ;D

Volkodav:
Wonder how useful it would be for gap filling or creating raised detail to shape after, I have one I bought for the kids that no one has used yet so should give it a try.
