Post by: Feldmarschall Zod on March 01, 2013, 06:15:18 AM
This has to be a record for me. A model finished in less than five weeks. :o

You got it right and at record speed  :)
A Tankenstein of a tank it is  :o
Congrats on detail touches.  They compliment each other without being excessive.  An honest use look !

Thank you kindly Finsrin. :) I do wish I could get the washes toned down some. I used AK Interactives N.Africa dust on this. I think that stuff brushes on much better than MIG Pigments.

Thanks taiidantomcat. I have not tried brushing them on wet yet.

Hahahaha, I can sympathize with you there for sure  ;D  Great job man!  She looks like she just got back from playing in the dunes; weathering successful!  Certainly looks the part of an IDF machine now I wonder how many you can fool with her  ;)

Very nice indeed. The weathering is absolutely spot on.  :)

Sweet ride, Zod!

Put together beautifully & a great paint job topped with just-right weathering.
Looks really real! Someone, with better skills at such things than I, should photoshop that into picture of the Golan Heights or Sinai Desert.

Cheers!

Guy
