The kit in question is Revell's Mirage IIIE/R.  Pictures and details to follow, but the genesis of the project is something I read awhile back on the Secret Projects forum.

Just letting everyone know that the project is still on, and it's still the Mirage III.  It's just that research has broadened the scope a bit.
