Mick's Armour models
« on: September 14, 2016, 03:23:56 AM »
Hi folks, I have not post any builds here in a long while. Hopefully this thread should change that.

My recent projects have been;

Trumpeter's T-62 Mod.75

After I took these photos, I gave the tracks a "wash".

Now it looks something like this.

AFV Club's NM-116 Norwegian Chaffee.

It is currently awaiting its paint.

Revell's M48A2GA2

It just a small paint repair, a wash, and a matt coat.

As you can see, I have a tendency to finish a build, primer it and maybe paint, and move to another build.

Here is my latest build, Takom's 1/35 Type 69-II

Very nice work!  Especially the T-62.

Thanks, the T-62 was joy to put together, except for the tracks. I used Friulmodel RMsh tracks.

I have done a bit more work on the Type 69

 I going to build the inner of the running gear before I put on the tracks.

I also found out that the Tamiya turret will fit on the Takom hull and vis-versa.
