1970's armor bashes
« on: December 03, 2012, 02:27:47 PM »
In 1970's my cousin and I did armor bashing with no pretense of plausible feasibility.
Set them up outside for photographs and sometimes BB gun practice.
Turned out camouflage was effective in deserty sage brush terrain where we took photos.
See now that doing some detail painting would help appearance.
Have a bunch more but they are deep in one of stashes.  Can get them out another day for pictures if anyone wants to see more.

those sponson guns on the halftrack are a hoot !! :D :)

It actually makes some sense for the gunner's extra protection but probably just some old General from WW1 still employed in the design offices.

Cool builds.
Every time you eat celery,an angel vomits in a gas station bathroom. Tanks rule. I know the load is late, but the voices tell me to pull over and clean the guns.
