Maybe it is the camera angle/view of your model that makes me think of a Dragonfly thanks to the additional wings.  Something related to the "Dragonfly" like this beast from the Carboniferous period

The construction adds to that impression. The top wings are attached as normal, with a slight forward sweep. The bottoms are trimmed in alignment with the ribs, which gives no sweep. Farley had unusual ideas about wing arrangements.
