LF 1/72 Spey exhausts for F-4 Phantom
« on: January 25, 2014, 12:02:40 PM »
As the title says.  I am looking for one or preferably two 1/72 Spey exhausts for the F-4 Phantom.   They aren't going on a Phantom, I'm just after the afterburner cans, if that is possible.

If someone can provide them or point me to some resin aftermarket ones, that would be fine as well.

I will of course be willing to pay for postage downunder.

ISTR that someone (Aeroclub?) made some as part of a detailing set for the Matchbox kit.  If someone can do the "cloning" in resin, I've got some Matchbox kits I can loan the burner cans from.

Aires does a set (someone has pointed that out to Brian on the What-If forum).  I'd have a go at 'cloning' but I've not done anything as intricate as those yet ---

Thanks, I'm going to order the Aires set I think.  They look superb from the photos.  However, it will be from somewhere other than the suggested Hannants 'cause they demand a minimum sized order for overseas customers.   :o
