Thanks guys, and Chris, it feels like I`m building a Six Million Dollar man although I haven`t taken into consideration inflation which should bring it up to it being called the Six Billion Dollar man....  ;D

Anyway, slow progress, but starting to look more like a `kitty` every day.

Now, do I glue the canopy into place and then mask, or do my usual mask first and then stick into place...

I'd look at this way; does it fit nice and snugly or does it need putty?  If it fits, paint it separately, if not, putty away and then paint it all at once.  Again, whichever is easier for you.  Just my $0.02.

I've done both methods.

With the glue on first, I had some paint get under the canopy/fuselage seam and creep up inside my canopy.  :icon_crap:

Either way I use Krystal Klear / White Glue to fill any gaps around the canopy / fuselage interface.

I am giving up listing them. They all end up on the shelf of procrastination anyways.

So this is how the original should have looked  nearly 3 weeks ago. Now I feel up to date on this. ;)

Finally got this one completed after nearly a week of staring into the great white telephone to god.

Not my usual `out there` kind of whif project, perhaps more a `what could have been`, (or wchb for short..., although that just doesn`t quite roll off the tongue as well as whif......), but it was a nice little project to work on.

Didn`t go for the Black Tail look that most 74 types had as I felt that if this conversion from fighter to ground attack had taken place, the top brass would have banned it on `tactical` grounds.

Anyway, enjoy the pics of my interpretation on how the Jaguar GR.1 would have looked in `Tiger colours`.
