Specifically, looking for this part from Hasegawa's 1/48 F-15J "MSIP II" kit (assuming it's there, it is in their 1/72 kit).  I'm thinking it would make a nice addition to a "Golden Eagle" F-15C with all the US MSIP II upgrades.

According to the CyberModeler kit review the part you are looking for is a resin item that comes in that kit.

Okay, then I reckon I'll need to shell out for one of those, even if they aren't inexpensive. *wince*
