Nope, 'tis the one-off Boeing Model 226 executive transport for Standard Oil of California.
It was the second to the last of the first batch of 12 80As, but was highly modified for its
new role under Memo 2-310, delivered on Dec. 20, 1930.

Though is box scale kit.
