No suggestions required, you're taking this to a good place! 8)

Thanks, guys.

I'm thinking of adding some angle iron extensions/cage work to the turret stowage racks. I don't think the stock ones are going to allow me to really get the "gypsy caravan" look I want once this thing is stowed up. I want it to really look like they're dragging the kitchen sink along on the fighting withdrawal back to Pusan.

But, that's simple. I may get that done tonight.

You don't need extra racks, just a little ingenuity! ;)

@ TankModeler - Glad that you changed your mind on the Commander's Cupola and switched to the M48 type as it looks more in tune and time with the M103.

Ahhh, but the M48s have all got better racks, with backs to hang more shi... stuff from. I'm looking to go more like the Aussie Cent with field-mod racks.

With the GB at an end and a winner declared, I thought it best to move this here where it wouldn't get lost.

I'm enjoying following along and look forward to your next update.

Not so much changed my mind as was forced to switch because the M60 cupola wouldn't rotate cleanly in the M103 position without being raised up to such a ridiculous degree that it looked really dumb.  ;D

Still have to add the bump guards that prevent the .50 cal from shooting through the searchlight. Started on the extended stowage racks last night and finalised the last of the epoxy putty weld beads and shape changes.

Once the extended racks are built, I have a ton of stowage to put in there all lined up. From 20mm boxes to a couple of eskies and C-rat boxes. And tarps. Loads of tarps.

Still have the base to do as well.

Still loads to do on this one before it's finished.

And I only have 5 months to do it in!  :o

OK, so things are still progressing. I _think_ I'm at the point of putting on the base coat of paint. The build (again, I _think_) is done and I'll paint the hull with wheels & sprockets off and also less the stowage, Xenon searchlight and the new loader's .30 cal.

You can see the extended stowage rack plus the 20mm boxes I've hung on them. I also added the .50 cal barrel to the cupola and attached that,  the post for the loaders .30 cal plus a few other details to complete the details before painting. Still have all the stowage to paint and clean up. Have a pile of .50 and .30 cal ammo boxes to stow as well as the aforementioned tarps and bags.

Eventually going to put a temporary winter whitewash pattern over the basic army green and put it at a winter overwatch tank scrape per the earlier 2nd Korean War back story.

Suggestions still entertained. :D

And a final top view...

I'm _really_ happy with how the mantlet cover came out.

Yes, but not what always happens - with my builds, anyway. ;)

Can't wait to see it with some paint on it.
