If you have the "bad modeller" gene, I have the "completely sh!# modeller, take up knitting, you t@$$3r" gene, which I don't believe at all BTW (well, maybe a little bit, as the paintjobs on my F6F & F4D are trying to send me insane) but I don't stress too much about imperfections, either, because each kit is a learning experience.
My problem is figuring out what, precisely, has gone wrong & how to avoid it in the future. Which is where these builds are causing issues. I can't, not for love nor money, figure out what is going wrong; although I'm beginning to suspect a Tamiya Fine white primer vs acrylics (especially LifeColor acrylics) conflict.
