My personal favourite NAZI victory what if is David Brins "Thor Meets Captain America".  He was asked to contribute to a NAZI victory anthology and he made the point that it was actually a ridiculous proposition that they could have won and his piece would have to be way out there in fantasy land, they told him he could be as way out as he liked, so he was.

Only if you build it that way.  Many of these could easily be built in other styles.  In fact, some such as the STOVL RF-118A and S.H.E Mücke are most definitely in this class.
