The left over cargo truck wall from the mystery kit has taken on a new purpose.  I added some Evergreen plastic strips along the top edge as a toe strip and some slightly larger Evergreen plastic strips on the bottom as reinforcements.  While it will not win any contest alone, it might work well in the background of a larger project.  It was a fun diversion over the span of the weekend in between working on other projects.  Attached images showing top and bottom details.

Hi,
I know that the paint job of my build looks a little rough in this image, but I wanted to show that I have been able to make a little progress this last week

Guys,

How exactly is this different from these threads?

Uninhabited and Unafraid, (UCAV, UAV, and Drone Aircraft)
Uninhabited and Unafraid, (UGVs and UGCVs)

I have no idea. Ask the one who started it.

Nice progress. Those Opel Blitz tires look good on the PaK.40.

Like the concept.

the best thing about the old Tamiya Pak 40 figures is the arms with rolled up sleeves. Very hand from time to time

I suspect that much of the early Tamiya 1/35th scale product line was intended for large scale wargaming and not exclusively for the static scale modeler.

I was never a big fan of those hard rubber tyre and star-shaped pressed steel wheels.  So finding an alternative wheel set was paramount in making this interesting for me.

Also, I have to say that the most recent MiniArt 7,5cm PaK.40  ammunition sets are a major step above the AFV Club set and definitely makes the Tamiya shells candidates for the recycling bin.
