I thought I had posted some pics of this but it would appear not. Anyway, here's a couple of the nearly finished model which I built and painted many years ago. The date showing on the photos only being the day I took pictures of it.
The idea it would be for New Zealand only came about after a comment from Evan a few years ago, I've since contacted OldModels in New Zealand about buying a sheet of his decals which I had said was intended for this V-22 and he replied that he had something in mind.

This pic is closer to when I built it
EDIT: which doesn't have a date on it but was at least 14 years ago. Also the photo was taken on my Olympus OM-10 where I had the photos digitized on a CD

Nicely finished models. I have a couple of V-22's, one of which is going to be in an RNZAF scheme. Probably in the Current C-130 scheme.

Thanks Guys ---
I'm going to adapt these decals. Not sure on how many I can use but a rough fit-up seems to show most could be used.

That's a beautiful camo scheme it's wearing. Nicely done.

I have a soft spot for WHIFs relating to home. I love that idea - it looks so right. It almost makes me want to buy a kit of the Osprey
I'm thinking it would look good in Euro-1 too

Thanks guys, I'm working on a couple of other V-22 projects too (see new thread)

I live 30min drive from RNZAF Ohakea, where the majority of our stuff is based, and have had a 3 Squadron NH90 stooging around for much of the day...I'd love it to have been one of these!

Wow is that fantastic!
Always a treat to see more Kiwi kit!
